Important: ordinary applications for revision must now be submitted through the CCF Online Portal. At the initial revision stage, the portal requires the newly discovered fact and allows only a two-page summary; further documents or arguments are submitted only if requested by the CCF. This old form is kept for legacy/search purposes and possible exceptional alternative submission.
