It contains only digits and a forward slash \u2018\/\u2019, with no spaces.<\/span>\r\n      <span class=\"vitem\">A number in the same format in a letter from the ECHR stating that the application form does not meet the requirements is not an application number. That number can become an application number only after the ECHR receives a new application form that meets the requirements and registers the application. Such a letter does not contain the application (case) title because the application has not been registered; it usually bears the code ECHR-Axxx6, where \u2018xxx\u2019 represents the language of the letter.
